The Grand Forks Art Gallery is located on the unceded traditional territories of the Sinixt and Syilx Nations. Since 1984, the Grand Forks Art Gallery has delivered professional exhibitions and programming that expand our audience’s understanding of the world, push boundaries, and provide unique perspectives.
As one of very few public art galleries located in rural BC, the Grand Forks Art Gallery features a conceptually rigorous, artistically ambitious, and locally relevant exhibition program working with local, regional, and national artists. Through creativity and collaboration, we are building a resilient, relevant, and inclusive gallery that is a cornerstone cultural institution for the citizens of Grand Forks and the Boundary region.
While in the Grand Forks area, be sure to take advantage of local travel support offered through the Grand Forks Visitor Centre, conveniently located in the Grand Forks Art Gallery.
The Grand Forks Art Gallery gratefully acknowledges ongoing financial support for the City of Grand Forks, British Columbia Arts Council, Province of British Columbia, Regional District of Kootenay Boundary, Grand Forks Credit Union, and the Phoenix Foundation of Boundary Communities, as well as our members, donors and sponsors.
