This weekly creative program is designed for kids aged 6–12 who want to make, experiment, and get their hands moving. Running Friday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm during the school season, each session introduces a new project—ranging from painting and drawing to simple sculpture, mixed media, and hands-on craft. The focus is on building confidence through making, learning techniques, and giving kids the space to explore without pressure.
Led by experienced facilitators, the program balances guidance with freedom. Kids learn practical skills—how to mix colour, work with different materials, and develop a piece from start to finish. Projects are designed to be engaging and achievable within the session, so participants leave with something they’ve made and can be proud of. Friday Morning Art Club also fills a real need in the community, offering a creative option for families on non-instructional Fridays. It’s a place where kids can connect with others, work with their hands, and spend time away from screens in a supportive, welcoming environment.
